The Ministry for Agriculture has once again renewed the GEP Certificate to SAGEA Centro di Saggio in Italy. The audit for the certification renewal was carried out by the ministerial inspectors in September at the Francolise (Caserta) facility.

The inspections focused on the premises, equipment, staff training and technical documentation concerning efficacy and selectivity trials carried out in Italy in the three-year period 2020-2022.

The inspection resulted also useful to describe the presence of SAGEA in Campania and Lazio Regions, its connection with local farmers and stakeholders and to lay the basis for potential future collaborations with public institutions involved in agriculture.
