SAGEA is proud to announce the opening of a new entity in Spain. The Company name is SAGEA Iberia S.L. and in April 2018 received the GEP accreditation from the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture (Certification EOR No. 96/18).

By setting up this new company site, SAGEA expands significantly its presence in South Europe, broadening its services in one of the strategic countries for Mediterranean agriculture.

SAGEA Iberia headquarter is located close to Seville and in addition has an operating site in the between of Almeria and Murcia area. Therefore, SAGEA can operate over a wide range of representative crops for the Spanish market, from open field cultivations such as olive, citrus, grape, cereals, to the protected crops and the small fruits.

SAGEA Iberia offers services in efficacy and selectivity trials with plant protection products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, nematicides), grow-regulators, biostimulants, biocides and fertilizers.

Additionally, due to the acquisition of a local company specialized in field trials with seeds, SAGEA Iberia acquired specialized machinery and joined experienced people able to perform field trials on seeds: seed treatments, seed varieties trials, small plots sowing and harvesting and seeds quality test in post-harvest.
